Our Youth Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help kids build confidence, strength, and athletic skills in a fun, structured environment. Classes meet two days per week and are instructor-led, ensuring proper technique, safety, and individual attention.

Each class follows a balanced format that includes a dynamic warm-up, strength training, skill development, and conditioning, helping athletes improve overall performance while reducing the risk of injury. With class sizes capped at just 12 kids, every participant receives focused coaching and support.

We offer year-round training with Spring, Summer 1, Summer 2, Fall, and Winter sessions, making it easy to stay consistent and keep progressing throughout the year. This program is ideal for youth athletes of all experience levels looking to get stronger, move better, and have fun doing it.

What ages is this program for?

Classes meet two days per week from 6:30–7:30 PM.

What does a typical class look like?
Each class follows a structured format:

How do you track my child’s progress?
We track key performance metrics throughout each session to measure your athlete’s development. Metrics may include strength improvements, movement quality, conditioning capacity, and skill progression. Tracking allows us to coach more effectively and ensures your child is progressing safely and consistently over time.

Is this program safe for kids?
Yes. All sessions are instructor-led, with an emphasis on proper technique, age-appropriate loading, and controlled progressions. Safety and long-term athletic development are our top priorities.

How many kids are in each class?
Classes are capped at 12 athletes to ensure individualized coaching, proper supervision, and a high-quality training experience.

Do athletes need prior training experience?
No prior strength or conditioning experience is required. Beginners and experienced athletes are both welcome—our coaches adjust exercises and expectations to meet each athlete where they are.

How often does the program run?

What should my child bring to class?
